• Norstar UCB utility trailer is built for durability and ease of use, featuring a 7,000 Ib GVWR supported by tandem 3,500 Ib axles with electric brakes. Its rugged 3" angle frame and welded top rails are finished in a sleek gray powder coat, complemented by a long-lasting treated wood floor. Loading is effortless thanks to the 4' spring-assisted ramp gate, while 8-ply radial tires and smooth round fenders ensure a stable tow. Complete with an 8k sleeve lock coupler, swivel jack, and integrated tie-downs, this trailer is the perfect blend of strength and convenience.

Norstar Truck Beds for Commercial & Heavy-Duty Use

Norstar Truck Beds are commercial-grade, heavy-duty steel replacement beds manufactured by the Norstar Company in Texas. Designed to fit nearly any single- or dual-wheel work truck, they are highly regarded for turning standard pickups into versatile towing and hauling mobile work sites. Most models boast a 30,000 lb gooseneck hitch rating (featuring a B&W turnover ball) and an 18,500 lb bumper pull rating.

• The Norstar UB Utility Bed has been re-engineered for enhanced security and durability. It now features a new master lock system for improved access control and peace of mind. The redesigned doors come with a compression latch and three-point locking system, ensuring your tools and gear are kept safe and dry. The bed is also upgraded with new taillights and all-new stamped fenders for a sleek, modern look. For added functionality, the deck now includes four D-rings, and the bumper has a powder-coat textured finish for increased grip and protection. Finally, new, more secure hinges with no exposed hardware provide a clean finish while boosting security.

• The Norstar SD Service Deck Bed is designed for maximum storage and functionality, featuring two vertical cabinets, two angled pull-out trays, two flush-mount top lids, and two rear underbody boxes—plus a bonus locking rear compartment for added storage. With multiple configuration options, you can customize this bed to fit your industry’s needs. All doors are equipped with a three-point latch system and compression whale tail latches, along with a tamper-resistant, serviceable integrated bolt-on door system for enhanced security. Our Journeyman Bed offers the best of both worlds with multiple toolboxes, a full width deck, rub rails, and stake pockets are among the many features that you may need for whatever the job throws at you.

• The Norstar WH Western Deluxe Skirted Bed, with the standard 2.5” receiver allows you to add a hitch for bumper pull cargo and a 2 5/16” gooseneck ball is standard in case you are hauling a heavyweight. Our receivers are lab tested and certified for 18,500 lbs bumper capacity and 30,000 lbs gooseneck capacity. This bed is the perfect fit for any single or dual wheeled work truck and can keep up with your daily workload. The WH comes equipped and ready to impress loaded with 1/8” diamond plate floor and 10 gauge sides, with 11 gauge skirted bumper coated in gloss black powder coat. We have put just about every option on this bed except the kitchen sink – standard including cast housings on rear lighting, fuel filler, license plate mount, chrome accented head rack lighting, running boards and loads of diamond plate trim. • The Norstar ST Skirted Bed. • The Norstar SC Service Bed. This bed comes with 4 oversized vertical cabinets with standard adjustable galvanized shelving, 2 horizontal cabinets with adjustable galvanized shelving, plus a bonus locking rear compartment for tons of additional storage.  All doors are gas shock equipped and locking paddle latches are standard. Our 2.5” bumper receiver allows you to add a hitch for bumper 18,500 lbs of rated pull capacity. Available cabinet drawers can add the finishing touch if you have a lot of parts or tools for your work load. Multiple lighting choices and cast housings are also available. These beds are a perfect complement for any single or dual wheel work truck with smooth 11 gauge sides and white or gloss black powder coating.
